Photo Session $200

Includes:

• Pre-session consult with Candace by email or telephone to discuss location, clothing, and any other questions you may have.
• Up to 2 hour photo session for up to 4 people at a mutually agreed upon location.
• Candace will provide specialized attention and digitally edit 30-35 photos which will be presented in an online slideshow for 10 days which you can share with your family and friends and watch as many times as you like.
• Personal ordering session or online ordering for out of town clients.

Extras:

$25 for each additional person or child.

$50 slideshow republish fee if selections are not made within 10 days.

Travel fee beyond 40 miles one-way.

•Candace Sheets Photography retains all copyright ownership of all images created as a result of this portrait session. Images may not be reproduced for any reason without the express written permission of Candace Sheets. Any unauthorized duplication or publication will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Policies

•The session fee is due at the time of booking, and guarantees your appointment time. The session fee is nonrefundable, but is transferable if you must reschedule your session up to three times. Please give us as much notice as possible if you must reschedule, at least 24 hours notice is preferred.

•Proofs will be ready for viewing approximately 3 weeks after your session.

•You will have a scheduled personal ordering session within 3-4 weeks of your session.

•Please bring husbands, wives, parents, and any decision makers to your ordering appointment as your order will be placed at this time.

•An online gallery and slideshow will remain online for 10 days and is then archived. Orders placed for archived images require a minimum order of $100.

•An online gallery and slideshow will be made available for additional family members to place their orders once the minimum print purchase of $500 has been reached.

•Print orders are not processed until full payment has been received, and print orders will be available 2-3 weeks after they are processed (specialty items such as canvases, totes, coffee table books, and jewelry will require additional time).

•Payment can be made via check (payable to Candace Sheets Photography) or credit card.

•Ordered images are kept on file for a period of 1 year. Unordered images will be kept on file for a period of 4 weeks and then will be deleted and no longer available.
